Used to be Good, but now became worse. Suite 36219903. It was good experience until recent arrangement on Black Friday. My goods arrived at my suite and I immediately arranged for shipment. After I paid for the charges, I received an email saying that UPS will need additional charges of USD35. The email also suggested me to switch to FedEx with no extra charges. I replied the email but then no more response has been given by Shop2Ship. I did send few emails and write feedback forms in their website but still none reply.

One of the best While i was very inhibitious at first, i have now done in excess of 20 parcels with Shop2Ship, the team is attentive, goes out of their way to help and is very very fast. They have solved all my problems regarding shipping and consolidation from EU. I would rate their services a 6 star if possible. Bravo.

Lifesaver I live in Mexico and like to support small artists from the US. The problem was shipping, as I noticed that anything that didn't came via express email got lost (Even before the pandemic) but I didn't have enough money to choose express every single time. It was then when I found Shop2Ship and I gotta say they've been absolutely wonderful!! Not only I've saved a lot in shipping but they also do an excellent job when placed with an special order. One time I ordered a print with a discount because it was slightly damaged, and I obviously didn't want to receive it even more damaged. So I asked them to please secure it well. I received a fortified print, it was completely sheltered by sturdy cardboard to the point I don't think even sitting on it would have made a dent. The customer support is great too! I really recommend them!

In almost ll cases where I considered… In almost ll cases where I considered using you the shipping cost by far the reason I decided to use use other means of getting the goods. Even paying for Amazon shipping and all import duties are still cheaper than using Shop 2 Ship. I fail to see what value you add by being so expensive that its cheaper to puchase the product locally in my country.
