DO NOT use this company DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. They smashed my possessions and now will not honor an insurance claim. They say they need receipts for everything. Do you have receipts for your sofa or glassware or china? Probably not. They smashed into a million pieces a heavy cut glass lamp that has been in my family for decades. It has been moved - literally - 15 times. It has never been broken because we know how to pack it. I have no idea how they could have smashed it unless they dropped something very very heavy on top of it. Now they will not admit they are at fault or honor our claim. They also brought the wrong size truck and ripped and dented lampshades when they shoved them into the truck.
