This has been the worst experience… This has been the worst experience ever. Katherine Jones is a complete LIAR! She assured me that I would get my move once I got my apartment nor later than one day, all I had to do was call her to let her know. Once I did that she avoided my calls and texted me that customer service would give me a call! Right there I knew something was off. Customer service calls informing me that my move was still in WA and not in Texas and that would take another 20 days for it to arrive! This was unacceptable. When I texted Katherine about it, she denies everything she once told me and then goes on to blame me as if I was the one the misunderstood. Not to mention that she gave me a quote and when the movers actually came, which is a third party by the way, they charged me another $400 for a 2 foot artificial plant!!! I have called numerous times and everyone says something different. Today finally my move arrived and most of my boxes have damage, my son’s furniture has dents and the tv, which Katherine assured they would pack well, is in a made up mirror box laying flat!!! A 75”flat screen!! I am beyond devastated!

We were moving last month and Moving… We were moving last month and Moving direct van lines were the moving company we hired. Their performance was much better than average. My main concern during this move was my old pieces of furniture. But the very capable and experienced mover took great care of them. They carried everything very systematically. Their packing skills were great. I haven't really seen movers who are so professional before. I chatted up with the foreman and he told me that this company only hires the best movers. That must be true given how efficient my crew was. They didn't damage anything on the way and made the delivery on time. I'm very impressed with them clearly.

The two things you really need from… The two things you really need from your moving company are for them to be understanding of your demands and be really efficient with their work. I think Moving direct van lines delivered on both the grounds quite substantially during my move. The four men who took only 4 hours to wrap up my 17 years of hoardings truly deserve an award for being the most efficient. They were very understanding of my delivery requirements and followed them accurately. I received all my belongings right on time and everything was unharmed. I am very glad that I'm writing this review for these hardworking guys.

I hired Moving direct van lines because… I hired Moving direct van lines because my best friend had hired them before and he highly recommended them. They were absolutely amazing with my move as well. The quote they gave me was unbeatable and the men were all so well prepared. They were so efficient and always wrapping and loading with great care. My entire house was packed and loaded in just 4 hours. When I received the delivery, everything was in fantastic condition. I'm recommending them very highly.

I would give negative stars but that’s… I would give negative stars but that’s not an option! Movers confirmed for the 9th so we booked our flights a few days after their scheduled arrival, only form them to say they couldn’t make it the day before their confirmed arrival date. They claimed that they didn’t have any available trucks for our move after the one they booked for us “broke down”. They offered a different date but that would not work for us, and I was not going to move our schedule around for such an unreliable company only for this to happen again. Now I’m losing money on flights that are non refundable and having trouble finding an available uhaul to be out of our current housing by the move out date we agreed on. Also they decided to send a text instead of having the common courtesy to least call. I truly believe they had no real intentions of moving us, because it’s been nothing but a run around. Do not recommend unless you want them to leave you stuck between a rock and a hard place. I am beyond disappointed in the service we received from Moving direct van lines. Overall very stressful and disappointing experience!
