GBThis has been the worst experience… This has been the worst experience ever. Katherine Jones is a complete LIAR! She assured me that I would get my move once I got my apartment nor later than one day, all I had to do was call her to let her know. Once I did that she avoided my calls and texted me that customer service would give me a call! Right there I knew something was off. Customer service calls informing me that my move was still in WA and not in Texas and that would take another 20 days for it to arrive! This was unacceptable. When I texted Katherine about it, she denies everything she once told me and then goes on to blame me as if I was the one the misunderstood. Not to mention that she gave me a quote and when the movers actually came, which is a third party by the way, they charged me another $400 for a 2 foot artificial plant!!! I have called numerous times and everyone says something different. Today finally my move arrived and most of my boxes have damage, my son’s furniture has dents and the tv, which Katherine assured they would pack well, is in a made up mirror box laying flat!!! A 75”flat screen!! I am beyond devastated!

INWe were moving last month and Moving… We were moving last month and Moving direct van lines were the moving company we hired. Their performance was much better than average. My main concern during this move was my old pieces of furniture. But the very capable and experienced mover took great care of them. They carried everything very systematically. Their packing skills were great. I haven't really seen movers who are so professional before. I chatted up with the foreman and he told me that this company only hires the best movers. That must be true given how efficient my crew was. They didn't damage anything on the way and made the delivery on time. I'm very impressed with them clearly.

GBHorrible company Horrible company! Never called to inform of the time that trucks were coming. When I called them to try and find out when they were coming stated that they had called and we didn’t answer which was not the case according to my call records. Grossly underestimated the amount of space to to move a three bedroom house. The total cost was over 200% more than the estimate and contract that was signed. After signing the contract would call the company to ask questions and just be told that they will be called back and never get a call. DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ONLY BROKERS AND ARE A SCAM!

GBWe did not choose to use Moving Direct… We did not choose to use Moving Direct & the phone call we received afterward was asking for the price we agreed with the moving company we did go with!! What? No. And her remarks were very sparky and unprofessional. I am glad I did not choose to go with this company & I do not recommend this business.

GBIm still waiting for my furniture to be… Im still waiting for my furniture to be delivered from PA to NY. Very misleading. Was told everything would be delivered within 1-3 days. Lady on phone, which is not the actual company that moves you, is now telling me she told me 1-3 business days. She did not tell me this. Ontrack movers who are actually moving my things, told me 1-7 days. Im sitting in New york with no furniture. Movers then jack up the price when they get there, not what i was quoted, wanted to charge me an additional 1700 dollars. will not ever use this company again. either of them. Very misleading. Do not deal with Marie at Moving direct she is a liar! I also find it very funny that the movers themselves only accept cash or money order, something tells me they are working off the books. IRS might want to check into this. The movers name is On Track moving based out of New Jersey. Have been dealing with someone named walter.
