Cathy and Neil are the best Cathy and Neil are excellent customer service managers. They understand customers' issues and will think out of the box to resolve their problems. Their out-serving customers is exemplary and should be emulated by all on the service teams. I have been with hopshopgo for more than 5 years and I have encountered various issues and only Cathy and Neil have proven themselves time and again! Keep up the good work guys!

We need updates I have 24 packages sitting in my account that I cannot forward to the UK, and 3 packages which are marked as delivered by USPS, but not appearing on my account. CS is not answering any queries, and even though the US address has been changed on the website, we have not been informed via email.

Unresponsive support This has started recently. Packages have not been added to my account but they have been delivered by merchant at the Portland warehouse of HopShopGo. I am wondering if this a lost cause at this point. No one seems to be responding to my emails
