Their out-serving customers is exemplary and should be emulated by all on the service teams. I have been with hopshopgo for more than 5 years and I have encountered various issues and only Cathy and Neil have proven themselves time and again! Keep up the good work guys!

GBWe need updates I have 24 packages sitting in my account that I cannot forward to the UK, and 3 packages which are marked as delivered by USPS, but not appearing on my account. CS is not answering any queries, and even though the US address has been changed on the website, we have not been informed via email.

INUnresponsive support This has started recently. Packages have not been added to my account but they have been delivered by merchant at the Portland warehouse of HopShopGo. I am wondering if this a lost cause at this point. No one seems to be responding to my emails

PHI recommend this app so much I recommend this app so much, I have purchased several items that weren't locally available here in the PH and I am satisfied that they have shipped the products I want that I thought I wouldn't be able to get.
