INUnresponsive support This has started recently. Packages have not been added to my account but they have been delivered by merchant at the Portland warehouse of HopShopGo. I am wondering if this a lost cause at this point. No one seems to be responding to my emails

CAHighly recommended I have been a hopshopgo customer for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their services. Items are always well packaged and trackable. Definitely recommended.

HKMissing Items The pet cage H-S-G on-shipped arrived without the all the pieces required for assembly included. When H-S-G was notified of the lack of parts, they were provided with the order and tracking number from Amazon (per their request) as well as a photo of the instructions showing the shape and size of the missing pieces. They now are requesting a merchant's shipping confirmation, while still denying responsibility. This time consuming back and forth after paying over the top fees makes the experience with H-S-G unsatisfactory and unpleasant.

SGHopShopGo seems to go MIA !!! I have been using HopShopGo for several years and they have been reliable in shipping the packages to the final destination. However, i have not managed to contact anyone at HopShopGo and there's no more livechat agent for about 2 weeks. My packages have been delivered to the allocated suite address according to sellers' tracking numbers but no update at HopShopGo. No people answered my email and my telephone. What is happening? Are they stealing my packages? Any kind soul to help?

AULike the others I have been a customer… Like the others I have been a customer for many years and been happy with service, until now. I'm deeply disturbed as to business practices displayed by HSG. I have Packages waiting to be picked up from Post Office, a package I've paid for 1box and paid for shipping, still not posted, and a package that has been returned to the vendor I'm currently chasing. If they are moving location why didn't they notify customer beforehand? No communication, I emailed the hotline and got the standard message they are relocating and our packages are safe...safe with who?? Lets get our current package home first. Why don't they put our notice saying they are no longer trading and complete their obligations with customers, or bring in the liquidators?
