PHTotally would always go back to… Totally would always go back to comgateway, I have tried a few more sites but nothing beats great services this site offers. They do not only offer the cheapest shipping charges, but they also deliver items right on time and if you're lucky enough your items could also be delivered to you earlier than the date its supposed to arrive to your doorstep. They make sure that your items are all safe and sound when it gets to you! so I am one of the many happy customers from this site!

SGReconsider using CGW .. look elsewhere I have been using CGW for years and the service standards have really slipped. They actually lost my item and they refused to compensate me for it. Please seriously reconsider using them. Look for other options!

BRTerrible experience. I'm customer for years. I'm a customer for years, prime member, but I'm completely disappointed with company support and handling times. If I knew they were going through current issues, I'd never placed the orders and have them delivered there. My orders are all time sensitive. Company should provide at least a clear message informing SLAs to customers. After 4 days of my message, they acknowledged my packages are there (for 8 days now), but still no forecast on when I'll be able to see them in my account. Terrible experience

AUParcel stuck in warehouse, no support or answer! I've ordered an important parcel which has been shipped to comGateway in Portland Oregon, now it's stuck there! I'm desperately trying to organise shipment to Australia but can't. The parcel is status red. No clue or ability to deal with the problem on the website. No answer from any of comGateway's support emails. Phone number doesn't work. I'm completely stuck. No help available. Cannot reach a human or get any help. This is a disaster! How does a customer get any support at all?

SGBeing very frank here Being very frank here. I had been duped by many shippers prior, not comsgateway thankfully. Close to 20 packages went through them without a hitch- they looked after my stuffs, their customer service took my enquiries and requests seriously, and could advise which items not to ship (ask first). Glad they don't assert shipping regulations out of thin air- like other places and rip me off.
