Overpromised, under delivered... Very costly trial. Promised that using Freight Pros would increase my customer satisfaction, and reduce my cost. Then orders were mis classed, economy carriers were removed. After 2 weeks we will use them, but not as a full service or exclusive provider as we were considering.

LIARS AND CHEATERS Total liars! They will find a great rate for you, then re-class or make up some reason to charge you way more after delivery. They did this to me on 6+ loads AFTER the shipments were delivered. Total scam. DO NOT USE Freightpros/NTG.

Worst company I have ever had the pain… Worst company I have ever had the pain of doing business with. They are deceitful, unethical, and lie directly to you. We were overcharged for services not received and when we tried to dispute, they ignored us and ran my credit card without authorization. Team of CROOKS at freight pros.They continue to deflect and deny their fraud, but I personally witnessed their lies and deceit.

A Refreshing Freight Broker Delight! FreightPros has been a delight to work with. Their rates are very fair, customer service is excellent (shout out to Clayton Bibb) for his amazing assistance with all our freight needs. My favorite thing is the automated emails that let you know your pickup is scheduled, picked up and/or delivered. Absolutely fantastic! Never been so happy about shipping. It's usually a terrible mess. But not with FreightPros.
