GBshipment mis-routed, late 1. Pickup was one day late. 2. Shipment was handled by a freight company not listed on the BOL. 3. Shipment went to a different terminal from the one on the BOL. This terminal was over 2 hours from my location. FreightPros resolved this, but it took over a week. 4. What was supposed to be a 2-day transfer (FL to VA) took over 2 weeks. FreightPros was reasonably responsive in resolving the problem, but I think in the future, I'll just pick a single trucking company, rather than go through a broker.

GBWorst company I have ever had the pain… Worst company I have ever had the pain of doing business with. They are deceitful, unethical, and lie directly to you. We were overcharged for services not received and when we tried to dispute, they ignored us and ran my credit card without authorization. Team of CROOKS at freight pros. They continue to deflect and deny their fraud, but I personally witnessed their lies and deceit.

GBThey promised to pick this crate up on… They promised to pick this crate up on Monday, then Tuesday and then Wednesday. When pressed on Thursday for a pick up time they pretend to be mad and cancel the deal. They don’t answer phone calls they don’t answer emails. I missed three days of work messing with this unbelievable lack of service.

GBBait & Switch They quoted $199.00, I accepted. We received the pallet from MA to PA without issue. I receive an additional invoice for $283.32 (above and beyond the original $199.00). I contested the ammended invoice. In their email they stated, "Central Transport billed an adjusted amount for this shipment due to: Limited Access Delivery: freight was delivered with a 42' trailer." I've contested $283.32 a second time, but it fallsbon deaf ears. We get 53-foot OTR trucks here with zero issue. Easy in... Easy out. We're also equipped with a forklift. I'll be contacting Central Freight on Monday and if necessary following up with the PA PUC. One PS... I had quotes slightly higher than $199.00, but lower than $482.32.

GBIf only a negative rating was available Seems to be a pattern here, same company, same employees. I used Freightpros for years and had very few issues but when an insurance claim came up, they do not do a thing to help. They are more than willing to sell you the insurance but not file correctly or treat people professionally. This last incident , I paid for $5k in coverage as I have on the 200+ shipments we booked though them, paid $1,034 for shipping and the items where damaged and returned for us to repair. The total claim was for $4600 (That included shipping) I was offered $1100 because they filed wrong, I paid an additional $1300 to ship it back, Right now I am out $5900 and they after I told them this was not acceptable refuse to help at all. Great company morals, Look at other options, this is not a good choice. Now they have responded with very little truth nice, just proves my point.
