GBI had Freightpros Hired and PAID for a… I had Freightpros Hired and PAID for a job which required 5 ,48 ft trailers to deliver freight from California to Florida. The day the materials where supposed to be picked up, Ryan @ Freightpros called and said he made a mistake but could do it for an ADDITIONAL 10000.00, after I already paid 17499.00 for the quote he gave me and Fully Paid the week prior...I am very displeased with this Company as I already paid a company to come down and set up the machine that was supposed to be delivered by Freightpros, not to mention I had to send out notice to all my vendors that we would be closed for a week to install machine..

GBFreightPros placed our freight with Central Transport who destroyed it. FreightPros placed our freight with Central Transport. Clearly Central Transport cannot be trusted to "care" for freight. Their forklift drivers must be morons. Not only did they HIT the freight once on one side but hit BOTH sides. Unbelievable! Then, Central Transport accused us of NOT packaging properly. Well, let see here, They accepted the palletized Generator, placed on an oversized pallet (to protect agains hitting the actual generator), delivered it and the delivering driver actually saw the damage, supposedly took pictures of the damage, made statements to the recipeints that there definitely WAS DAMAGE, and then Central Transport refused to pay any damages. YEAH, they suck. BIG TIME. NEVER AGAIN.

GBFreight pro's promised a pickup that… AMMENDMENT: Freight pros knew exactly what they were picking up days in advance but still chose to commit, take payment, and not even email when the plan went south. Still Junk! Still horrible communication. They are just a middle-man they have no skin in the game. They get paid on the odd chance that it goes as planned and that's good enough for them Freight pro's promised a pickup that was really going to get us out of a jam caused by another shipping company. We scheduled, paid, then, they never showed up. Was our first and last time using freight pros.

GBThey promised to pick this crate up on… They promised to pick this crate up on Monday, then Tuesday and then Wednesday. When pressed on Thursday for a pick up time they pretend to be mad and cancel the deal. They don’t answer phone calls they don’t answer emails. I missed three days of work messing with this unbelievable lack of service.

GBCompetitive prices, however.... Competitive prices. I did a terminal to terminal shipment from Grand Rapids, MI to Fort Smith AR. Both are decent sized cities with many many freight terminals. They did not tell me until after I had paid that both freight terminals they selected are in much smaller cities more than an hour drive away. My first experience with FreightPros is very bad.
