GBIf only a negative rating was available Seems to be a pattern here, same company, same employees. I used Freightpros for years and had very few issues but when an insurance claim came up, they do not do a thing to help. They are more than willing to sell you the insurance but not file correctly or treat people professionally. This last incident , I paid for $5k in coverage as I have on the 200+ shipments we booked though them, paid $1,034 for shipping and the items where damaged and returned for us to repair. The total claim was for $4600 (That included shipping) I was offered $1100 because they filed wrong, I paid an additional $1300 to ship it back, Right now I am out $5900 and they after I told them this was not acceptable refuse to help at all. Great company morals, Look at other options, this is not a good choice. Now they have responded with very little truth nice, just proves my point.

GBshipment mis-routed, late 1. Pickup was one day late. 2. Shipment was handled by a freight company not listed on the BOL. 3. Shipment went to a different terminal from the one on the BOL. This terminal was over 2 hours from my location. FreightPros resolved this, but it took over a week. 4. What was supposed to be a 2-day transfer (FL to VA) took over 2 weeks. FreightPros was reasonably responsive in resolving the problem, but I think in the future, I'll just pick a single trucking company, rather than go through a broker.

GBAnother bait and switch!! SCAMMERS I was quoted 460 dollars to ship a 80 pound motorcycle frame from NC to CA. A month and a half after it was shipped I was billed another 520 on top of the 460 for “weight adjustment”. the shipper is claiming my pallet weighed 360 pounds. I literally lifted the frame onto their truck myself. There’s no way possible it weighed this much. reading reviews it seems like this is a consistent scam they use to get more money out of customers. DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM. They will re bill you after the fact for some made up issue.

GBFreight pros/Meridian Logistics fraudsters extraordinaire. Freight pros/Meridian Logistics fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $678 for services they originally quoted me $878 for and the kicker is that these services were never performed by Estes freight lines, after confirming with Estes that they never even made a claim to freight Pros for the service it appears freight Pros are thieves. After approx. leaving 13 messages for several different employees and not one single returned call I am now in the process of fighting these charges with my credit card company. Next stop is the Attorney General, these people are crooks run fast and run far before you even think of using these fraudsters to ship your freight. If they spent as much time following up on customer complaints as they do writing these lame excuses they probably wouldn't have such a poor online presence. Another lame excuse from one of the many crooks @ Freight Thieves in 3...2...1

GBOverpromised, under delivered... Very costly trial. Promised that using Freight Pros would increase my customer satisfaction, and reduce my cost. Then orders were mis classed, economy carriers were removed. After 2 weeks we will use them, but not as a full service or exclusive provider as we were considering.
