Although I think I should not be pinalized for the companies mistake I desided to go ahead and pay the difference so that I can be able to view my belongings. before you rent a unit make sure that unit is big enough for your property. Don't pay a dime until your ready to move your stuff in

32 Grand Avenue are THIEVES The storage place on grand street have been experiencing theft for the past month. Unfortunately I’m one of their victims... someone took the time to clip my lock, search through my boxes, took everything of value they could find and placed a different lock on my unit. This is unacceptable and I will be filing a lawsuit. Bums always going to be bums.... karma will catch you good.

3325 Atlantic ave store 3325 Atlantic ave store. Horrible customer service and extremely eager to try and auction your stuff off and all these fees and then not willing to work with you at all. Very cold hearted establishment. One week ago I was told one price then a week later i was told an additional 100 and no one was willing to try and work with me at all. If you want your belongings to be kept safe and sound find another establishment. They also have mouse traps everywhere so you know what that means. Never had a business charge me 100 dollars a day later and not be willing to waive not even a penny.
