Very cold hearted establishment. One week ago I was told one price then a week later i was told an additional 100 and no one was willing to try and work with me at all. If you want your belongings to be kept safe and sound find another establishment. They also have mouse traps everywhere so you know what that means. Never had a business charge me 100 dollars a day later and not be willing to waive not even a penny.

Theft Theft. They stole 3 of my motorcycles during “inaccessible hours” and took 45 minutes stealing something braking locks and alarms without nobody supposedly noticing. The staff is 100% on the thieves side as they have nothing to tell me about why did 3 unauthorized people break into a storage which is gated to then brake into the facility which wouldn’t even allow me access at that time. I got there to find out at 3pm in the afternoon and apparently the staff had no idea even though there there since 10am. Definitely an inside job and storage post will pay.

Employees hate their job and it shows Manager refused to fix anything after mutable phone calls I would love to post pictures of mold and maggots in my boxes. No light Roof leak ruined my stuff Pot hole outside unit door the size of a small truck Roll up door broken. Best day... when I moved my stuff to “Extra Storage “ wow. A company that actually wants my business. Clean and professional. What was I thinking.

WATER LEAK - bad service WATER LEAK at climate controlled facility Storage Post has been really difficult to deal with, they didn't respond to my claim email for 6 months. Offering <10% of the loss. Citing the coverage of the Tenant Elite Protection plan that I was made to sign without being given a chance to review. Sent only after they made an offer and for the exact amount of the offer - funny that. Climate controlled is worthless when the unit floods

There is a huge infestation rat in the… There is a huge infestation rat in the location located in 1900 NW 19th St Fort Lauderdale 33311. Be careful all the people that have their furniture there. I lost everything I had there, The Post Storage didn't respond to me for everything I lost. I paid for two years without any sense because I paid to storage things that the rats bit. The manager of that location is the worst of people to try customers, Customer service never responded to me about the issue I opened with them, I am still waiting for them to respond to me in any way to pay for this damages. If you are looking to store your valuables or furniture look for another company more responsible for the things that happen in their location. For me, this is the worst company to store your things.
