PickupNow delivered our Casper mattress… PickupNow delivered our Casper mattress today. They were very professional and stayed in contact with us from advising us when they would be here, updating us that they were on the way and texting when they arrived. They were courteous and did an excellent job setting up our mattress and box springs. I highly recommend the team in Austin, TX.

First a 12 hour delivery window is… First a 12 hour delivery window is ridiculous. The only thing worse is waiting 12 hours and getting no delivery! After 8 hours I emailed and was told not to worry. Well my delivery never showed and no one ever even contacted me. This is the only bad review I have ever written and I would tell anyone to think twice before using this company!!

well they said it would be delivered… not the truth well they said it would be delivered yesterday,but that didn't happen so i get told they tried,lies and fibs if i paid for same day, why do i have to wait till later,not fair at all.

Save yourself the trouble, move on I’m only giving them one star because they have good text updates to let you know that they are delayed and that they are not going to show up at all. Absolutely worst service. Only use this company as a last resort, if you’ve exhausted all efforts and you’re comfortable having to reschedule your delivery day after day after day because they can’t find subcontractors to do the work. I suspect no independent contractors want to work with them because they take so much of the fee. My guy instinct

✨5 stars✨ Excellent communication via phone and text message. Super friendly and efficient once they arrived. They delivered next day, which is very convenient and fast! They did run a bit late, but always informed me along the way. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.
