Great Storage and Great Price I have had my things at Neighborhood Storage for several years. The service is wonderful and the people are super nice!

nice facilities...but... Nice facilities in seemingly convenient locations....but c'mon....it's a storage unit! The rent goes up at least $5 a year....which I find amazing. Owner Greed perhaps? That's my guess. They know it's a pain in the butt to move...so they stick it to you.

Very Happy with storage unit The units are clean and the road between units are enough for 2 cars side by side. This is a plus, so you don't have to worry about blocking someone trying to go by.

Ease of use is 5 stars Ease of use is 5 stars, unfortunately their rate increase is too dramatic & unexpected to be considered fair. It was bad enough when the unit I signed up for online ended up being $20 more than advertised, they also increased my rates by almost $20 after only a year of service! And I was never informed of the increase, I just happened to find out when making my monthly payment. This created a financial hardship on me due to having multiple units. The management staff is also somewhat difficult to deal with, but the staff at each location were awesome & very helpful. My advice is they're an exceptable self-storage company, just ensure to keep track of your account & balance
