Neighborhood Storage is TERRIBLE Neighborhood Storage is TERRIBLE! The secured gates at 2 locations are either broken and stay open for months.or broken and won't open for days! They gave me 3 more days to move out of 2 of my units and are trying to penalize me for not being out on time. The gate was broken for a week and I had no access. If you call after hours they charge you a $35 fee for someone to address an issue.

These people are the absolute worst… These people are the absolute worst people to deal with. You can't get ahold of anybody you make they either don't post it to the right unit. They tell you your account is upto date you won't be locked out then a week later they padlock your unit for no reason.Called these morons to find out why said a manager will call back that was bull to. would never recomend this half a__outfit to anyone

Welcome to the Neighborhood!! I really liked Neighborhood storage, they were super friendly and very easy to use. The rates were good price for the clean storage and easy access.

Don't know. I have never seen my storage unit, someone else placed all my belongings there without my knowledge, I hope to get there soon to send some things to my home in VT.

Clean, convenient, good value, excellent customer service. There is nowhere I would rather store. Clean, well-maintained, conveniently-located facilities - friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff - outstanding customer service - great value for money. I also like that the company is family owned and operated by people who live in Marion County. I've been storing with Neighborhood for years. Two thumbs up!
