The guy was aces always took my text or phone call always called me back when he said he would never left me hanging….. got my order to me from your warehouse in Pennsylvania to Long Island New York in about three days from the time I ordered ,great job… looking forward to continuing to do business each fall season

Very Pleased with service & product I called for advice on the types of tape available and explained why I needed it. Rep on phone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and I trusted her advice. Whole process was easy, smooth and product delivered on time. The tape was even thicker/stickier than I expected.

Customer Service is everything There were some out of stock items in my order. I received a call from the nicest young lady who immediately gave me options, updated my order and avoided delays. I am happy with the product but even happier with the customer service. I am seriously looking into making another purchase on one of your heated blowers.
