The salesperson didn't want my business… The salesperson didn't want my business because of what he felt was a low quantity. I originally contacted the company for help with which product would be a good solution for our company project. Instead of helping me determine the best product, the question of "quantity" was mentioned several times and then I was told to buy from Uline. I received an email from the salesperson, John, saying Mr. Shrinkwrap was not a good fit due to the quantity of our products we would be needing a solution for. A single roll of shrinkwrap can be purchased online, who cares what our quantity was going to be, I just wanted to know the right product to use.

I’ve been ordering through Mr Shrink… I’ve been ordering through Mr Shrink Wrap for the past four years now I dealt with Dylan. The guy was aces always took my text or phone call always called me back when he said he would never left me hanging….. got my order to me from your warehouse in Pennsylvania to Long Island New York in about three days from the time I ordered ,great job… looking forward to continuing to do business each fall season

Customer Service is everything There were some out of stock items in my order. I received a call from the nicest young lady who immediately gave me options, updated my order and avoided delays. I am happy with the product but even happier with the customer service. I am seriously looking into making another purchase on one of your heated blowers.
