Although it did take some time for them to respond after having charged my card, once here the representative, Grover, was courteous, polite and efficient. The wrap, vents, heat gun rental, tape for the occasional mistake, and how to videos. Shrinkwrap is hands down a better winter storage system than any other fabric cover or tarp I've tried to use in years past.
