GBThe customer service is great The customer service is great. If I chat them a question, I usually get a response within a day. The process is smooth and transparent. I feel like they truly want to help those without the help of insurance by making it affordable via telehealth.

GBI really appreciate the team and the care they give! I really appreciate the team and personalized care I receive. Each team member is really kind, helpful and encouraging. I never get nervous before an appointment and appreciate having a team actually meet with me to address this medical process. I’ve noticed the way the staff interacts with others in the message board and it is really encouraging too! You do not feel like just a number or “money grab”. I feel they really do care and want to see you succeed, even if that means other avenues! Highly recommend.

GBThey just give you a prescription that… They just give you a prescription that you can’t get cause semaglutide is not available at any pharmacy and they charge you only for that.
