Customer service was very prompt when… Customer service was very prompt when answering questions about my order. The only concern is that my order came in different times. I am still waiting for the rest of my order to complete my purchase. Although the items were ordered as a display fixtures I still have to wait for important pieces to finish display what would be helpful is a email detailing what was sent and what still is on back order. Anxiety of not knowing could of been eliminated.

4.5 stars = thin boxes=holes in boxes=on arrival. THE BOXES ARE THIN & EASY TO DAMAGE, RESULTING IN AN GREATER CHANCE OF LOOSING PARTS. LUCKY ENOUGH THE FED X GUY HAD TO TAPE UP THE BOXES THE BEST HE COULD, STILL LEAVING THE GREATER CHANCE OF LOOSING PARTS , LIKE THE SMALLER PARTS-EXAMPLE: HARDWARE TO ASSEMBLE THE RACK WITH, OR EVEN WORSE ONE OF THE LARGER PARTS. THE PRODUCTS IN THE BOXES IS FIVE STAR PRODUCTS. EXCELLENT PRODUCTS @ THE RIGHT PRICE.

Everything I received was either broken… Everything I received was either broken or used. Had to repair every piece of acrylic. The earring display I received had already been glued together and then taken apart before sending it to me. Also the L loops of acrylic that the earrings hang from had to be repaired. The acrylic display cabinets had handles broken off. Not the best of experiences.

Reasonable Prices and Great Supply! I can't believe how reasonable Store Supply Warehouse's prices are. I am a research freak when I need to remodel and Store Supply had exactly what I needed and were well below the price of other suppliers. $10.95 shipping was a great deal that keeps me coming back even for smaller orders.
