Reasonable Prices and Great Supply! I can't believe how reasonable Store Supply Warehouse's prices are. I am a research freak when I need to remodel and Store Supply had exactly what I needed and were well below the price of other suppliers. $10.95 shipping was a great deal that keeps me coming back even for smaller orders.

Customer service was very prompt when… Customer service was very prompt when answering questions about my order. The only concern is that my order came in different times. I am still waiting for the rest of my order to complete my purchase. Although the items were ordered as a display fixtures I still have to wait for important pieces to finish display what would be helpful is a email detailing what was sent and what still is on back order. Anxiety of not knowing could of been eliminated.

Backorder Canceled, Not By Me, and Apparently Not By Them Either!! The item was backordered and I didn't mind waiting, but instead the order was canceled on your end. So now I have to just keep checking to see if it's in stock ... or buy it somewhere else. UPDATE - Although I did get an email saying it was dropped, upon signing back into our account, the order is still showing as waiting to be filled, so I guess they will fill and ship as soon as they receive them. Since we're not in dire need, we'll wait because they have the best prices on them.

Excellent Customer Service I have ordered from these folks a couple of times now. A few of my items have arrived to me broken (it's the nature of the item) but not only has customer service gotten a replacement to me quickly, they also addressed my packaging concerns when they reshipped.
