GBBackorder Canceled, Not By Me, and Apparently Not By Them Either!! The item was backordered and I didn't mind waiting, but instead the order was canceled on your end. So now I have to just keep checking to see if it's in stock ... or buy it somewhere else. UPDATE - Although I did get an email saying it was dropped, upon signing back into our account, the order is still showing as waiting to be filled, so I guess they will fill and ship as soon as they receive them. Since we're not in dire need, we'll wait because they have the best prices on them.

GBGood product and pricing I had a positive experience with this online retailer. The item was shipped and delivered in a timely manner and presented as described. My only issue was the packaging. The table was delivered with damage to the table round. I would like to see more protective packaging to prevent so much damage to items during delivery and the contribution to waste and a tax on the environment. For that reason, I kept the item given the damage will not be visible to others.

GBSuper grid panels! Grids were the second order I received from Store supply. Order arrived as promised by tracking number in shipment with no damage at all. Items were packaged well and are quality product. These grids sure will make life easier when displaying at art shows! Easy setup and tear down is a big plus!

GBMy order came in very quickly but one⦠My order came in very quickly but one box was damaged with a big hole causing an item I needed was missing, or fell out of the box. I sent an email to the company, told customer service of my issue, and the needed hardware was shipped out to me immediately. I received the hardware and was able to put my second rolling rack together.
