GBPlease do not purchase from this… Please do not purchase from this company at all. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust pilot prior to making the purchase. We received the vacuum cleaner on the 08/04/24, as per the instructions, fist charged it up, and used it on the 10/4/24, and the brush clean started to fall apart. Contacted the Customer Service (this word should not be used for this company at all.) Their response was I should use glue the parts that had fallen off, I asked them are they serious, and said I wanted to return the vacuum cleaner and get a full refund. They then said they would offer a £5.37 reduction as it turns out that returning the product is a hassle for them. Honestly they are a joke. I turned it down and requested again what the process is for returning the product and then get a full refund, my last email to them was Friday 12/4/24, and they have not responded back. Even said “Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel their orders without incurring any additional costs. Moreover, businesses must process refunds and handle returns efficiently and transparently. “but as per the previous reviewer they are trying to get past the 14 days by giving me the run-around” If it was possible to give a minus star I would. I am amazed that they are able to carry on as an online retailers, considering the negative reviews below.

GBthe hoover arrived works ok ish my… the hoover arrived works ok ish my concern is that it came without warrenty and i cannot contact customer servises i thought the law on buying on line was you could cancel or return for a full refund i read that if lucky it can be returned to china but it came from the uk ? and would cost a fortune i cancelled this order before it was shipped but that and the e mail was ignored steer clear i belive it is all a scam and i will contact my credit card for help

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS Biggest con ever! Payment was taken from my bank account immediately on ordering. The vacuum was supposedly shipped for delivery but never arrived. Found out they had sent it to the wrong address which happened to be an empty property. They sent me an email saying that as I had “refused to collect the package” I would receive a refund minus £30!!! They haven’t answered my emails and so far I haven’t had a refund.

GBDO NOT BUY THIS HOOVER YOU WILL REGRET IT This is THE WORST HOOVER I’ve ever bought. It has no suction. It has a light that is useless - who is hoovering in the dark?! But more important they have the most TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve asked them SIX TIMES how I return the product and they are actively not giving me this information. I have quoted the customer contracts regulations and have suggested they are trying to get past the 14 days by giving me the runaround. They WILL NOT tell me how to return it. Their website does not tell you how to return it. DO NOT PURCHASE this terrible hoover or you will regret it. I have never known anything like it from a modern day company. I’m convinced they’ve paid companies to rate them high and have put their own positive reviews on. That’s the only explanation for anything positive about this hoover or this dodgy company.
