Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. No calls accepted, emails sent a few days later. The items have not even been shipped but I can not cancel it. If you decide to return, you will end up paying for insurance and shipping. Ugly service. Do not recommend to anyone.

Package not received I never received the package and have twice asked for a refund.

Don’t order here Don’t order here! I ordered a new suitcase over 4 weeks ago, it arrived quite fast, but I wasn’t happy with it so I returned it using their pre-paid DHL service. Fast-forward 24 days post return: contacted Delsey twice via their online page, never received an answer and still haven’t received my refund. Horrible costumer service!
