No refund I bought two luggages, but it got arrived late so I bought another set of luggage and without opening the shipping package I returned the luggages to Delsey return department. It’s been more than 2 months I am following up with them to refund but I just got one of luggages refunded. Horrible customer service!! You have to pay for the return shipment if you wanna return and they won’t return the money regardless of multiple time of follow ups, emails and submitting the feedback form from their website. But no refund yet. Very frustrating

Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. After 6 attempts to contact Delsey regarding my PAID, but NOT SHIPPED order DWUS0000219674 I still have no reply. I have contacted UPS regarding the tracking number 1Z9Y922F030037 and was informed that the shipper (YOU) have never provided package for shipping to UPS after creating label. Delsey charged me and never shipped the bag. User's recommendation: don't buy from Delsey website.

Latisha has been wonderful about replying to my emails and giving me excellent, accurate info. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays, but this was wonderful!
