Very helpful on ordering plan Very helpful on ordering plan. What did throw me online there were several pictures of changes that I liked. Once plan came no options for those changes. I'm hoping our contractor can help us. So if you view pictures know that the plan isn't the same as pictures.

The representative that assisted me was great. The representative I've been talking with, Stacey Kiilerich, has been great. She was very attentive and eager to assist me. Overall it was a very positive experience

Call your county and ask about their experience with plans purchased online first So.. this ended up being a total waste of money. It’s marketed as a good buy where edits can be made to make the plans compliant with local codes, but those updates were going to cost thousands of dollars and our county required so very many changes to the plans. Whats tricky with this scenario is that there’s no way to get an estimate on how many changes will be needed until the full set of plans is purchased. I wish the site had a better and more realistic presentation for how buy the plans AND get them approved for permitting. They weren’t transparent about how difficult and expensive this would be. I have built several homes so I’m not new to the process of design, engineering, modifications, and permits— I felt this site (and probably most online plan sites) was deceptive in not being clear about how difficult it is to actually use the plans.
