Beautiful Designs & Easy to Work With Choosing to work with Truoba and Ignas was the best decision we could have made. They have beautiful modern stock home plans that were easily altered to become the perfect floor plan for us. Ignas was very quick to respond and even offered suggestions to further enhance our vision. We're excited to break ground!

The best floor plans. Working with the Truoba architect, Ignas, was a pleasure. Prompt responses to all requests and he has done a wonderful job modifying the base plan. I ended up removing a bed room and changed the roof pitch to reduce the overall square footage and height. The best of the house plan is the perfect thoughtful flow of the rooms which I could not find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Another highly satisfied customer ! My wife and I found a home online that linked to Truoba. We checked out the pricing and what you get for that expense. What we found was a very reasonable cost. The plans were complete with all the detail you need. What was most appreciated was the responsiveness of Ignas, the architect, and his willingness to provide whatever changes we required. 220 mini Ignas was great and most importantly he was patient with me during the whole process. Plans are a little pricey when making modifications, but worth the price due to the attention to details, patience and quick responses. Another plus is he's willing to work with me later during my build if any slight changes are needed on my plans. Great company as far as I'm concerned! If you use this company you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful experience Wonderful experience, responsive, adaptable. These words describe working with Ignas and Vaida. I came to the table with many ideas and some sketches and artistic renderings of a new small home. I mentioned I wanted to create plans for a comfortable, high performance 624 sqft home with orientation and awareness of the land it was being built. I desired windows and layout to make it feel much bigger than the external size would suggest. I will be building a low vapor permeable, RockWool interior/exterior insulation, metal roofed home. Truoba was patient with my second high performance architect involved and incorporated his detail analysis of high performance aspects into the plan. Truoba worked well my structural engineer and updated my drawings to reflect adjustments engineered required. I am glad to say after this long journey (that was mostly because I had so many details I wanted addressed) the plans are ready I can finally begin to build my home. I know if I need a change made along the way Truoba will be there for me. I also look forward to this build being complete and creating another building (bigger) on my property. I look forward to seeing how the the two Truoba buildings look and function on my property!
