Great customer service and very fast response. I have ordered several stair parts items in the past. On one of my orders I needed customized stair tread lengths and widths. The sales staff helped me through the process and the order I received was exactly what I had described over the phone. Excellent quality control. Excellent product with outstanding service. I love the fact that most items are American made. The product is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. May be ok but has provlems with delivery The delivery has not arrived and after confirming time and date the materials still has not been made. No calls for delay notice ,no follow up and habe many requests for recommendations without any production from supplier. Three stars may go to one star

Profesional service, quality hardware. I was a first time buyer, so never having used their products I called my order in, instead of using the on line ordering. The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly, talked me through the whole process and in the end got exactly what I needed. The order was promptly shipped and well packaged. The customer I installed the railing for was also pleased. I would recommend this company and their line of products to anyone.
