Colonial Oak Balusters Ordered red oak balusters for a home reno. Lightning fast shipping of 60 balusters at the best pruce I found. The wood was beautiful with just a few in the shipment having small pockmarks/minor defects (well within the 5-10% I normally expect). Will definetly go to these folks again when I need stair parts.

Please be aware if you order too much… Please be aware if you order too much or the wrong size, returning material is a joke! This company make's sure it not worth it to return anything. We placed a rather large order with this company that qualified for free shipping. When we started a return on some items, not only were we told we would have to pay return shipping (understandable), they also wanted to charge back the original shipping fees plus charge a 30% restocking fee. We returned only a few items as not to have to pay the original shipping back and are still waiting for our credit. This company is non responsive! I have called and emailed several times and am being totally ignored!

Quality of the stainless steel stair parts great, absolutely what I was hoping it will be. Too bad I did not discover this website a year ago while was rebuilding larger staircase in my house. Great service... and fast, too! I'm a contractor and buy a lot of materials from my local suppliers, but was coming up empty when it came to ordering stair parts in the style that my client selected.
