Excellent product with outstanding service. I love the fact that most items are American made. The product is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. We saved a lot of money and did not have to sacrifice quality. Rich was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend using stairpartsusa! It's an internet business with a "mom and pop" business mentality!

Unfortunately Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review for this company. I accidentally ordered a substantial amount of balusters in the wrong size. I understand that I would need to pay for return shipping, however, the 25% restocking fee on an order over $700 is too high ($175 + the shipping I still needed to pay). I know they have to be able to make money but I also need to feel confident should an unplanned error occur that I am not penalized. Other companies do not have this process and I could do business.

He also took the time to provide me with an update when the new order wasn't shipped out as quickly as anticipated.....due to the Hurricane! On Top Of It Rich and his staff are excellent to work with. I had made a mistake on 2 newels in my order and they fixed it immediately before shipping and also my contractor advised I didn't need the mounting blocks and they removed and credited my account. I had my order within a week. I highly recommend Stair Parts USA.
