May be ok but has provlems with delivery The delivery has not arrived and after confirming time and date the materials still has not been made. No calls for delay notice ,no follow up and habe many requests for recommendations without any production from supplier. Three stars may go to one star

Great customer service and very fast response. I have ordered several stair parts items in the past. On one of my orders I needed customized stair tread lengths and widths. The sales staff helped me through the process and the order I received was exactly what I had described over the phone. Excellent quality control.
