A breath of fresh air in the telehealth space! I began using the telehealth company Join Fridays in November 2023. It has been an incredibly positive experience. They have staffed their company with the most caring, hard working people in the field. It is refreshing to find a company who listens to the community and truly cares about their members. I never feel rushed when meeting with my provider, he listens and answers all my questions. Join Fridays holistic approach to my health journey has been the reason I refer my friends and family! The community support groups, nutrition, mindset coaching and movement coaching have been a huge part of my success. Fridays is a company that cares and truly a breath of fresh air in the telehealth space!

Excellent support Excellent support. Amazing communications. All doses come with extremely complete educational instructions. They send you all the supplies for the month. Amazing community support. Helpful and timely seminars online. Doctor's appointments are thorough and do not feel rushed. I will be with Join Fridays until my weight loss journey is complete. Highly recommend. Also I spoke to the founder of the company for a half hour. He was incredible. How often does that happen? 10/10

A telehealth company that cares Join Fridays has been great so far. They are very responsive to any questions you may have and I was able to make an appointment very quickly! The NP that I saw during my telehealth visit was thorough and answered all my questions. I received my first shipment of meds 5 days after the visit and I can already feel appetite suppression and a decrease in food noise. I’m so excited to be starting this weight loss journey and I feel safe knowing I have a medical team to check in with along the way. Very happy with my experience so far, highly recommend!

Prescription Refill Headache Prescription Refill Review is such a headache every time. The providers who conduct these quick refills do not read the intake form notes for updates in information or pharmacies. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and each time, is missing the ICD-10 diagnosis code which is needed for it be filled using my insurance (which I wrote in the intake note as a reminder to include). I then would need to call in or email their support, which then forwards the concern to the particular prescriber. You cannot message the prescriber directly, so this takes time and delays the refill. The only time it was ever correct was from my inital consultation. I am hoping that the process will be come better over time.
