A telehealth company that cares Join Fridays has been great so far. They are very responsive to any questions you may have and I was able to make an appointment very quickly! The NP that I saw during my telehealth visit was thorough and answered all my questions. I received my first shipment of meds 5 days after the visit and I can already feel appetite suppression and a decrease in food noise. I’m so excited to be starting this weight loss journey and I feel safe knowing I have a medical team to check in with along the way. Very happy with my experience so far, highly recommend!

Mr. Friday's himself being able to ask direct questions with real answers. Customer support is top-notch they respond so quickly and resolve issues almost immediately. Follow up/asynchronous I had a follow up appointment and was unable to connect with the provider. Before said video call I tried to set up the asynchronous route but it was not allowing me to do so...so now I gotta be out a week of medication because of these issues. Other than that, response times with emails are great.

Great experience with Fridays! I first joined Fridays on 2/6/24. I’m currently on semaglutide. I’ve had a wonderful experience. Had my appointment on a Tuesday, and got the meds within two days. It’s easy to schedule an appointment online. I will say I did a lot of research before choosing this company. The doctor answered all my questions, was patient and kind. I am excited about the new portal as well as the new prescription refill process. Overall, very impressed with Friday’s!
