Customer Service My experience with Fridays has been great overall. Customer Service has been amazing they return email within hours. My provider appointment not so much. She was late, unable to hear during the visit. Didn't really explain the process I had to get that information from CS. Refill experience ! hopefully it gets better ! I don't think it's the process just think the provider didn't do her follow up. I just wish the membership was cheaper But I am glad I got to start this journey.

Confusing website, Nurse Practitnr was not very nice The website is a little confusing, and after my first refill, I'm not sure if my scrip was increased or not. Will wait to see what I recv in the mail. Although my NP provided me with the necessary information, she was not kind in her delivery. She was quite matter of fact, and I did not feel comfortable asking any addtl questions..... will reach out to those on TikTok for further useful info. Would prefer a change in my NP to see if someone else would be a bit nicer, but don't feel comfortable asking for the change, bc I'm at their mercy.

Fast and easy, great experience It was easy to book my appointment and easy to get my lab work completed through Quest. Fast results sent back and fast Rx. Provider was nice and answered my questions. I love that Fridays can prescribe both FDA approved GLP1 meds along with compounds offered by reputable compound pharmacies during the shortage. I would recommend Fridays to anyone looking to improve their health through weight loss (diabetic, prediabetic, high BP, high cholesterol, sleep apnea). Thank you Fridays! You have given me peace of mind and I can focus on my health!

Great experience with Fridays! I first joined Fridays on 2/6/24. I’m currently on semaglutide. I’ve had a wonderful experience. Had my appointment on a Tuesday, and got the meds within two days. It’s easy to schedule an appointment online. I will say I did a lot of research before choosing this company. The doctor answered all my questions, was patient and kind. I am excited about the new portal as well as the new prescription refill process. Overall, very impressed with Friday’s!

A breath of fresh air in the telehealth space! I began using the telehealth company Join Fridays in November 2023. It has been an incredibly positive experience. They have staffed their company with the most caring, hard working people in the field. It is refreshing to find a company who listens to the community and truly cares about their members. I never feel rushed when meeting with my provider, he listens and answers all my questions. Join Fridays holistic approach to my health journey has been the reason I refer my friends and family! The community support groups, nutrition, mindset coaching and movement coaching have been a huge part of my success. Fridays is a company that cares and truly a breath of fresh air in the telehealth space!
