GBGreat price and fast delivery Not able to repair a drum or find something at one of the box stores that would work. Found the part I needed on the North Shore website, and ordered a spare. Parts were delivered quicker than I anticipated using standard ground. Hopefully I'm set for another 5 years, but will use North Shore again if needing to make another repair on my door!

GBI would give the NSCD team a "0" if… I would give the NSCD team a "0" if allowed... Total disregard for customer service, they care less about responding to your e-mails (10 total), when I finally was allowed to talk with someone, he (Mark) told me I would get a return shipping voucher because they shipped me the wrong parts - but then rudely denied it later and said I was incorrect in what "I thought I heard". NSCD's customer service is horrible! Also, do NOT buy their "branded" products. You will be stuck buying from them forever and will pay double what the manufacturers charge.

GBAll perfect except for gauge It was very easy to select the correct garage door seal format from among alternatives. Pricing was fair. Delivery was quick. The only negative was that the seal was a lighter-gauge rubber than the deteriorated one that needed replacement. Another, otherwise identical door, had a heavier-gauge seal that still was 100% intact. North Shore should also offer the heavier gauge seal.
