GBAll was well for the past year, but then… All was well for the past year. Then when I submitted a request for my monthly prescription to be filled, it was sent to my pharmacy, but my Insurance required a new pre-authorization to be submitted. It’s now eight days later I can’t get a hold of anyone, I’ve sent numerous emails called the toll-free number sat on hold for hours, and no one will get back to me. Not sure what happened, but clearly there is something going on with this company.

GBHi REM was great in helping me Hi REM was great in helping me . Originally I waited a long time to get the medication and when I explained it to REM she credited the first order and reordered the the new shipment and I had it in a couple of days.
