GBMixed feelings at first Mixed feelings at first. As when they are issues they don’t usually follow up. However, once you call and layout the issues they take tend to them efficiently, but you MUST call. Otherwise satisfied for the most part, as eventually they take care if matters.

GBAll was well for the past year, but then… All was well for the past year. Then when I submitted a request for my monthly prescription to be filled, it was sent to my pharmacy, but my Insurance required a new pre-authorization to be submitted. It’s now eight days later I can’t get a hold of anyone, I’ve sent numerous emails called the toll-free number sat on hold for hours, and no one will get back to me. Not sure what happened, but clearly there is something going on with this company.

GBI always receive prompt courteous… I always receive prompt courteous service from NextMed. I am very happy with the services they provide.

And have gotten generic replies as well as I’ve been told I don’t exsist in their membership but they have charged me twice. Sent one med to my pharmacy I’m sure what I’ve read about this company being a scam is bogus as I want to have fairh
