And have gotten generic replies as well as I’ve been told I don’t exsist in their membership but they have charged me twice. Sent one med to my pharmacy I’m sure what I’ve read about this company being a scam is bogus as I want to have fairh

GBWonderful! NextMed has been superb in the level of care and service I’ve received. They always answered, always responded, and always delivered. The doctor showed true concern and provided proper treatment to aid in my weight loss. I will continue to use Next Med and have already referred numerous friends and family members.

GBAll was well for the past year, but then… All was well for the past year. Then when I submitted a request for my monthly prescription to be filled, it was sent to my pharmacy, but my Insurance required a new pre-authorization to be submitted. It’s now eight days later I can’t get a hold of anyone, I’ve sent numerous emails called the toll-free number sat on hold for hours, and no one will get back to me. Not sure what happened, but clearly there is something going on with this company.

GBLeo is great at calling back Leo is great at calling back. But you have to keep emailing or calling them to move my file along. It has been difficult as they keep changing their process.
