Next medical is a complete fraud Next medical is a complete fraud. I canceled my subscription months before I received a withdrawal from my FSA account. I haven't spoken to anyone, received services, or a refund for a subscription cancelation well before services were suppose to start because I read the reviews. Now, my FSA company is asking for a receipt for services I never received or approved. No one answers the phone, return calls, or respond to email. If they do it's a classic response email about how they get back to you within 48-72hours probably in prayer like I'm going to move on. No, I am not and I want my card refunded.

Alvin arranged my next follow-up visit in less than 2 minutes, communicated clearly and concisely, and made the call as seamless as possible. Kudos to Alvin for a job well done!

All was well for the past year, but then… All was well for the past year. Then when I submitted a request for my monthly prescription to be filled, it was sent to my pharmacy, but my Insurance required a new pre-authorization to be submitted. It’s now eight days later I can’t get a hold of anyone, I’ve sent numerous emails called the toll-free number sat on hold for hours, and no one will get back to me. Not sure what happened, but clearly there is something going on with this company.
