GBNextMed improvements NextMed seems to be trying to improve their service. I’ve had issues in the past and I’m hoping this latest experience of ordering my prescription seamlessly with no hiccups or delays, will continue. Thx to Larry who contacted me to let me know I did not need an appt to request my next refill. First time I’ve been able to do that. First time I didn’t have to call several times to find out where my prescription is. Hopefully this will continue.

GBMixed feelings at first Mixed feelings at first. As when they are issues they don’t usually follow up. However, once you call and layout the issues they take tend to them efficiently, but you MUST call. Otherwise satisfied for the most part, as eventually they take care if matters.
