Claim in-store not responsible for online orders. That group on installers not answering so need to pay higher in-store price or go somewhere else. Supervisors refuse to come to front of store to explain. Always too busy. I asked for a code to reset the password (assumed that was the problem) and never got it, despite multiple requests. Then I tried the pay by phone, which hung up on me twice. Finally got it paid on the 3rd attempt. I have no patience for a company that treats its customers like this (don't even get me started on the HORRIBLE customer service in the stores). You win Home Depot. I canceled my $14k credit limit account.

What they really wanted was my social security number. Go to Lowe's, all you need there is a valid VA card.
