GBGreat customer service with replacement part I broke one of the cord covers on my dual monitor arms (was my bad, not a product issue) and wanted to get replacements. I reached out to iMovR using the “Contact Us” form and had a reply with a couple days. Juliette was super friendly and knowledgeable, included an image in the email to make sure we were talking about the same thing, and got me set up for ordering the replacement plus a couple extra (just in case). I was planning to pay for the replacement since it was totally my fault the item broke, but they decided to provide it as under warranty instead. Completely unexpected, and definitely appreciated. I’m impressed with both the product and people of iMovR, they’re top notch.

GBTerrible company to deal with and you… Terrible company to deal with and you are never able to deal with a live person. Their shipping company(CEVA) is worse than the the iMovr company itself, which saying something. The shipping company lost and then found the desk and then returned the desk to the origin point, the end result is a very dissatisfied customer who did receive a partial refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) who will never recommend this company at any level. Stay away, far far away. There are better and cheaper standing desks available.

GBGreat Customer Service Several years after purchasing an iMovR desk, there was an issue with the drive mechanism on one of the legs. When I called, I was able to talk with a customer service representative almost immediately. After a brief discussion, replacement parts were immediately sent and my desk was working again in less than a week!
