GBExtremely happy. I called iMovR customer service because I needed replacement locks for my Landers desk. The customer service agent was able to handle my request quickly, kindly, and with sincere interest in addressing my concerns. The replacement locks were sent to my new address without delay and no cost. I am extremely happy with the service provided by iMovR.

GBGreat customer service with replacement part I broke one of the cord covers on my dual monitor arms (was my bad, not a product issue) and wanted to get replacements. I reached out to iMovR using the “Contact Us” form and had a reply with a couple days. Juliette was super friendly and knowledgeable, included an image in the email to make sure we were talking about the same thing, and got me set up for ordering the replacement plus a couple extra (just in case). I was planning to pay for the replacement since it was totally my fault the item broke, but they decided to provide it as under warranty instead. Completely unexpected, and definitely appreciated. I’m impressed with both the product and people of iMovR, they’re top notch.

GBQuality product, worth the money! Started a new job that was 100% remote and didn’t have the best setup. Built a custom desk with a drawer through the website that was shipped via freight directly to my house. They were kind of enough to drop the pallet in my garage as well. Easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. I’ve moved since owning it and while disassembling the same way it was shipped didn’t work out for me, I was able to remove the entire base assembly from the top and reduce the weight. I’m sure it’s possible to properly disassemble the legs but I didn’t have the necessary pry bar at the time and removing a couple of screws wasn’t so bad. Either way, it’s definitely worth the money if you don’t buy a separate stand and build your own custom top.

GBFantastic customer service! I had an issue with my Emma Three monitor mount where one of the monitors was not level with the rest. They sent me all equipment under warranty to resolve the issue. We also discovered that my desktop had slightly bowed. Not only did they replace my desktop under warranty, but they fabricated a support bracket for it. 10 out of 10 would buy a desk from them again.
