Still no result after 48rs Promised result within the hour now 48 hrs and nothing. I've emailed and reply said.... don't worry, technical issue that is being sorted. Still nothing. Emailed again. Waiting for reply. What did I pay for? Just a reference no. to satisfy UK passenger locator form. They've pocketed my money. From a practical point of view I'm no better off than using NHS LFT.

Performed well, supportive and thorough. After initially submitting a negative age when entering birthdate, they fixed and promptly sent out results. All support was via email which was concerning to begin with but it all worked out, responses were very prompt. Hopefully the backend tracing is rigorous as I never felt my printed forms were required when traveling. This wouldn't be Peplobio's fault but the overall regulation. I'm all for safe travel.

MASSIVE DISTRESS TO MUM and family who had to quarantine unnecessarily for 9 extra days. HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK? Sent many emails also asking for compensation. They blame each other, but not offering refund . PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU
