Performed well, supportive and thorough. After initially submitting a negative age when entering birthdate, they fixed and promptly sent out results. All support was via email which was concerning to begin with but it all worked out, responses were very prompt. Hopefully the backend tracing is rigorous as I never felt my printed forms were required when traveling. This wouldn't be Peplobio's fault but the overall regulation. I'm all for safe travel.

MASSIVE DISTRESS TO MUM and family who had to quarantine unnecessarily for 9 extra days. HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK? Sent many emails also asking for compensation. This is such a poor covid test… This is such a poor covid test provider. Does not send reference for plf straight away. Can’t contact them on the weekend. Should have stated this upfront before I had purchased. Edit: A few days after having a back and fourth via e-mail, I’d noticed that the e-mail with the reference number was from a different email address which hotmail identified as junk. It was not an unreasonable assumption to make-that since I was receiving emails from their customer service, I should have received all communications. Note to self-always check junk box. They had provided a refund and therefore I have adjusted the review accordingly.
