NG0 stars A requirement to be a private provider on UK Gov is that they must deliver test results within 48 hours. PeploBio does not know the half of this. They are incompetent with horrible customer service. I dont know what type of a business is completely unreachable by phone and takes minimum a day to respond to emails but yet still writes the same generic reply about staff sickness. I understand the impact that covid has on businesses but this company clearly has no contingency plan for such situations. Day 7 and still no results...

GBOrdered 2 day PCR test through Zoomtest… Ordered 2 day PCR test through Zoomtest arrived with Peplobio details. Activated online and returned tests, Royal Mail tracking arrived 6th Jan, 8th of Jan still no returned results!! You cannot call as lines are closed and do not reply to any emails!! Pay for 24 hour service and no service levels of any sort for test or communication! Parents still in isolation. And we wonder why people dont follow guidelines!!! They have no option

GBVery efficient Peplobio Peplobio were very helpful and efficient. We had ordered flow tests only to find the rules had changed and we needed PCR tests. They very efficiently refunded the flow test and posted PCRs to us instead. The test kit was very easy to use, as was the online activation, and the result came through within 12 hours from when they received it. Very efficient service and would definitely use again.

GBA lot of technical problems A lot of technical problems that nobody really understood. The test itself was efficiently handled. The email to me that was supposed to give me the Certificate to print out was not right.

GBCRUELLY SCAMMED by PEPLOBIO CRUELLY SCAMMED by PEPLOBIO and their criminal partner AGTESTING (see horror stories on TP) who book their tests . 2 day results received 11 days later. MASSIVE DISTRESS TO MUM and family who had to quarantine unnecessarily for 9 extra days. HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK? Sent many emails also asking for compensation. They blame each other, but not offering refund . PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU
