DO NOT USE WEST SHORE HOMES So this is my second complaint about West Shore installing a shower. I posted earlier that I had a half wall they installed and I needed to find someone to put in the half glass. When I finally found an installer he would not do the job because the half wall was not straight. After two months, West Shore finally came back to fix the wall. The same installer came back and we asked him to attach the handrail which was not installed the first time. While installing the handrail he drilled a hole in our waterline. In order to fix it they had to put a hole in my living room wall. Needless to say, I have to wait another week to have my wall repaired!! This has been a nightmare. 🤦‍♀️

Two Doors, No British Accent! Front door and back door that I had shimmed, replaced weatherstripping, door sweeps and placed towels on the floor to stop air leaks until I gave up and called Westshore. Imani L., Tyrone B., and Britt T. arrived to replace the doors. They took care of the job as if it was their own house. Removed the old doors, rebuilt the threshholds, changed the metal cladding, blew insulation around the frame, installed the new doors and made sure they were squared in the opening for a great looking and operating, finished project. Also, special thanks to Dan Buccola for the sale writeup. My wife will be home on Saturday for the final review.

walk in shower is a disappointment 1 walk in shower is poorly manufactured. 2 slip proof flooring whether, wet or dry is like walking on ice. 3 Metal drain cover is sharp like a open can lid ring 4 hardware is cheap looking like box store items.
