What a Surprise! I remember from day one I walked into LGI and spoke with Leon. I didn’t think I had what it takes to buy a house and I was just going to inquire about buying. What a surprise before I knew it I had already picked out my floor plan and was in the process of buying. Thank you Leon and Christi for a wonderful experience! I love the fact that in the process of buying our home he made sure to continue communicating with us and to ensure what I ask to be done was done timely and efficiently. Lennar denied me the loan and after 30… Lennar denied me the loan and after 30 days I am still waiting for my downpayment back . The vendor never give me an accurate answer about my refund, the only answer I receive is “you have to wait and I can’t do anything else”….. this situation is abusive they are taking my money to continue working on their constructions and avoiding me about where is my money and when I am going to receive my refund ! Today I am still waiting for an answer about where is my money !!! 08.19.23

We have been living in Bauer Landing… We have been living in Bauer Landing for 4 years now. When we first moved in, the cabinets starting falling apart . The tiles started cracking in the dining room and kitchen. Water was leaking out of the hallway light fixture. Now there is mold in that area. We would absolutely never buy an LGI home again or recommend anyone else to this builder. We regret buying this home.
