HPP Cares has great customer service My experience with HPP cares was very informative and helpful. I know that without Emily and her expertise I would not have know what to do. She was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

William was by far the best William was by far the best. He was extremely professional, efficient and understanding. He was committed to helping us save our home and thanks to him, his skills and effort we are now able to keep our home. More people like him are need it and I was beyond impressed with his work ethic. I highly recommend him, trust me, he knows the process inside and out.

Each time I speak with him, he does more than just answer my questions, he gives me additional information that helps me understand this whole escrow/invoicing/building process. Overall a very good experience When I am able to talk to someone, I am able to get satisfactory answers to my questions and resolutions to my problems. HPP Cares as an organization is very good. Their scheduling system for appointments leaves something to be desired, though. When you make an appointment online, there is no confirmation and it is expected that they call you. Often the appointment comes and goes and no one contacts you. Emails are not always responded to either. If you call to talk to someone and they are able to take your call, things get done right away.

My experience through this whole… My experience through this whole process went pretty smooth. I am not good with technology but was able to complete everything via cell phone and laptop. I had a great team of people I would like to thank for all of your help with this and patience. Nancy Ruiz, Emily Rodriguez, Diana Chan and Karen Graham you made this all work for me. I am so appreciative to qualify for this grant money which I received the full amount I was requesting. When I started my project the application process was not open. I was contacted in December 2023 and started the process. At this point I was a month away from my final inspection and had already paid all my contractors. I had gotten a Heloc loan from my bank and HPP Cares paid that loan off and sent a check directly to my bank. Thank you again for this opportunity it has truly been a Blessing for me and my family.
