AUAnother Scam Website!! Avoid!! I was charged double the amount shown, not realising it was in USD and I live in Australia. Then, looking at the menu and program, it did not suit my lifestyle, as it is very expensive and complicated. Asked nicely for a refund, but all I got was a thirty-minute tennis-ball discussion where I was offered everything except my money back! Very annoyed! Avoid this company at all costs!

GBSame bad experience as others here I had same experience as another customer listed here. I canceled my subscription a year ago, within a month of purchasing it, (by phone, so there is no record, of course) and then was hit with an annual renewal today. And then told it could take up to 6 months before it was "reviewed" and a credit was issued to me -- and my account was FINALLY canceled. Terrible customer service. Sorry I ever did business with them.
