I really like the philosophy I really like the philosophy, the easy to fit in workouts (though I typically go for more intense workouts) and many of the recipes are easy and flavorful. I like a lot of the options. The only irritant is that there’s a little bug where sometimes the meals just don’t log, especially if choosing a different recipe

I was caught out with the automated renewal and was offered a full refund, lifetime membership with a 50% refund which I took up. Such a supportive and encouraging app I am really enjoying the food. Not really such a big change. I like the reminders every day and all the little bits of encouragement, it's all so very supportive. This is a great app. Love it

The different aspects of the program… The different aspects of the program are great but finding it a bit time consumimg going in & out of each feature. e.g. what you eat > drink>exercise> how you feel etc.
