GBGreat customer service I have not received the product yet, however I did have a couple of questions about the product while shopping on the website, and so I called the store. Scott contacted the manufacturer for me and promptly got back to me with answers to all my questions, even sending me an invoice by email so that I didn't have to go back onto their website. Great customer service.

GBLost order demonstrated great customer service My order got "lost" and I called to try and confirm the status. The people at AMS were so responsive to my problem and kept me informed of their actions on a regular basis. The fact that I continually heard back from them until the product showed up at my house kept me from panicking about the order. Very appreciative of the customer service I received

GBGreat people with excellent experience Great people with excellent experience. I had to take a day to wait for fire pit that was supposed to be delivered and installed. Then another day for install in which only 1 guy showed and together moved 400 lbs to back yard. He was a great employee as were all I got to meet. They were both very informative and helpful, even as the office was closing and they were the only two left in the building. GBHelpful to have a nearby showroom Helpful to have a nearby showroom to really see how nice the inserts are. Contacted by email with a product question and they got back to me next day. Product was easy to order online and I anticipate that it will look great in my master bedroom fireplace (replacing an old wood burning fireplace.)
